Requirements Management is available as of SAP Solution Manager 7.2, and it can be used by Business departments to submit Business Requirements. An IT Requirement can be created as a follow-up action, and IT can validate the requirement from technical perspective. Once the proposal is accepted by the business, it can be submitted for implementation.
